As a Team Leader Park at Leksand Sommarland, you will lead some of our most action-packed areas, from high ropes and rides to water parks and activity stations. You will work right in the adventure and ensure that both guests and employees have a safe, fun, and well-organized day. Here you will coach the team, keep track of flows, safety, and pace, and step into operations where needed.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the team and ensure smooth operations

• Ensure guest flows, routines, and safety requirements are followed

• Daily coach and support employees in guest service and work routines

• Work operationally in the operations at your stations

• Create safety and security in the team through clear communication and support

• Optimize staffing in consultation with the Park Manager

• Continuous check-ins with the Park Manager

• Conduct exit interviews with employees

As Team Leader Park, you will be responsible together with a colleague for one of the following teams:

- High Ropes Team

- Lifeguard Team

- Ride Team

- Activity Team

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is a natural leader with a big heart for service. You are confident, responsible, and have an easy time structuring, prioritizing, and keeping a cool head when a lot is happening at once. You are motivated by developing others, building team spirit, and being the one who shows the way in both interaction and work methods. You have previous experience in leadership roles, are efficient, proactive, and communicate clearly in both Swedish and English. Previous experience in the area you will lead is an advantage.

Working hours vary according to the park's opening hours, so there will be work during the day, evenings, and weekends. The employment is a seasonal position at 80-100%, and the summer season runs from June to August. Salary and other conditions according to the collective agreement with Vista-HRF Gröna riksavtalet.

The amusement park Leksand Sommarland in Dalarna is a real adventure for families with children during the summer. Inside the gates awaits a wide range of activities and attractions. Some of our most popular attractions are the Wipeout course in Siljan, Laser Tag, High Ropes courses for big and small, and of course our Water Park with heated pools and winding water slides. Our 250 summer employees welcome up to 6000 guests per day.
